Peer Review Process

The International Journal of Global Multidisciplinary Research and Analytics follows a structured, transparent, and rigorous peer review process to ensure publication quality and integrity. The stages of the review process are outlined below:

1. Submission:
   Authors are required to submit their manuscripts electronically via email to the journal’s official submission address. Only soft copy submissions are accepted.
2. Initial Screening:
   Upon receipt, the editorial office verifies that the manuscript conforms to the journal's submission guidelines, including formatting, referencing, and scope alignment.
3. Editorial Assessment:
   The Editor-in-Chief (EIC) conducts a preliminary assessment of the manuscript to evaluate its relevance, originality, and contribution to the field of social sciences. Manuscripts deemed unsuitable at this stage may be rejected without further review.
4. Assignment to Editors:
   If the manuscript passes the initial assessment, the EIC assigns it to an Editor who will coordinate the peer review process.
5. Reviewer Selection and Invitation:
   The assigned Editor identifies and invites expert reviewers with relevant domain knowledge. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise.
6. Review Process:
   Our esteemed reviewers critically examine the manuscript, often reading it multiple times and providing comprehensive feedback on its content, methodology, clarity, and significance.
7. Editorial Decision:
   The Editor evaluates all received reviews and formulates a decision. If there is a significant divergence in reviewer opinions, an additional reviewer may be consulted. The final decision rests with the editorial team.
8. Communication of Decision:
   The Associate Editor communicates the editorial decision to the corresponding author, attaching anonymized reviewer comments and further instructions if revisions are required.
9. Final Compilation for Publication:
   After successful revisions and final acceptance, the Editor compiles the list of selected manuscripts for publication.
